Saturday Night Live worked in a bit about this study out of New Mexico. Do girls make more money when ovulating than they do the rest of the month?

So how much of a difference does ovulation make according to the study?

Miller’s team reported the women, mostly in their mid-20’s, made $70 per hour if they were in ovulation, $50 per hour during the days past ovulation, and $35 per hour in their menstrual phase.

I personally like to think I tip the hotter, friendlier girls a little more.  Maybe it’s biology that makes them hot and friendly.  Fascinating, no?

I wonder if the study made any correlation to the girls overall mood / behavior within the same cycle?

I for one, won’t tip if a girl is pissy or surly. It’s all about selling and attitude. I’m there to be entertained.

yeah ^ that’s definitely true. I make graphs of how much I make each month and it spikes around days 10-20 of my cycle, and goes WAY down around days 28-7. I make around 70-125 per hour when I’m ovulating, and as low as 8 dollars an hour to 30 if I’m lucky when I’m bleeding. No fun. It would be interesting to see if women on the pill have more consistent earnings.
